Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase:-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue to add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.



Q. What are the payment methods available?
PC Image E-Store offers various kind of Payment Methods as shown below:-
1. Credit Card / Debit Card / FPX / e-Wallet (Transaction Charge apply)
Via Razer Online Payment Gateway (Visa or Mastercard / Internet Banking (FPX) / e-Wallet) 

 

2. Direct Bank Transfer (ATM / Online Bank-in (Direct login to your online banking account to do the transaction without using payment gateway) (No Transaction Charge)

Please attach the bank-in slip/proof and email us the above info to our email: onlinestore@pcimage.com.my or WhatsApp it to us at +60111-0808456. You may also notify us about your payment via https://store.pcimage.com.my/notification.

Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have this confirmation. You will be notified once the payment is successful.
 

 

Q. I have placed an order without payment. I wish to change my payment method from Razer Online Payment Gateway to Direct Bank Transfer, what should I do?
Click "My Order" from the upper right corner of the page.

Under "My Order", click on "View"

Click "Pay Now"

Click "Direct Bank Transfer (No Transaction Charge)" and click "Pay Now"

Next, just need to login to your online banking platform to make payment. You DO NOT need to bank in the TRANSACTION CHARGE listed in your order if you choose to pay via Direct Bank Transfer. Please contact us if you have any questions before making payment.

 


Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.



Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.



Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send an email to our customer service email at onlinestore@pcimage.com.my with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are paid, in shipping or shipped will not be canceled.

- PC Image E-Store reserves the right to imply a processing fee (for those who select FPX/Credit/Debit Card payment method) for cancel requested by buyer (eg. Change of Mind)


Q. Why is my order canceled?
Orders pending for more than three (3) days will be canceled. PC Image E-Store also reserves the right to cancel or modify any order if a customer's purchase behaviour is seen to be suspicious or potentially fraudulent. If you have any inquiries, kindly contact us at onlinestore@pcimage.com.my.


Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM / MYR).

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will take about 3 to 7 working days upon stock availability.
